CANCELLATION OF ORDERS


Immediately after confirming payment for an order, its preparation will begin. Cancellations are not accepted once your order has been confirmed.


 

RETURN AND REFUND


We prepare our dishes with fresh ingredients to order. We take care and take pride in all the dishes we make. Food replacement and/or refunds are available when requesting orders where the food is incorrect, omitted or in similar circumstances. Refunds are not made for food that is not to the customer's taste. Only in the event that a refund is applicable, we will issue a cancellation payment for 100% of the amount.
